⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had the best experience with Ark Doggy Resort. Stevie was so incredibly well looked after and genuinely looked like she was in heaven the entire time. She was happy, relaxed and clearly loved. The communication was perfect from start to finish, which made us feel completely at ease while she was there. You can tell they truly care about the dogs and go above and beyond. The different enclosures are particularly beautiful! We wouldn’t hesitate for a second to use them again. Thank you for taking such amazing care of our girl 🐾💛

Just the most amazing place for dogs, it’s really like a holiday resort. My dogs love being there and they are so loved and understood by all the Ark team members who are all genuine dog people. Cannot recommend Ark more highly!!

We honestly couldn’t be happier with Ark Doggy Resort. We were quite nervous at first as our older Jack Russell can be a bit reactive, but he is so well understood and cared for there. Him and his Labrador brother go absolutely crazy with excitement the moment they realise where they are. They definitely have a better time on holiday than we do, and the delicious food is without a doubt the highlight for our Lab! They come home happy, relaxed, and clearly having had the best time. It’s such a comfort knowing they’re in such caring, capable hands. Highly recommend! 🐾

I’ve been taking my two fur babies, Sundae and Otis, to Ark Doggy Resort for years now, and I can honestly say Ark is still, and will always be my family’s only choice. What Tracy has built at Ark is a home away from home. Our beagle Sundae STILL loses her mind with excitement the moment our car hits the gravel leading to Ark. Soon as her nose recognises where she is, she’s practically ready to jump out of the window! Otis, our little Biewer Terrier, is the complete opposite. He’s small, fussy, anxious, and can be socially awkward. (Adorable but he's a hot little mess).When I shared my concerns with the owner, Tracy, she took the time to really understand his triggers. She worked with him slowly, patiently, and lovingly. She even gave us tips to help him through his social anxiety at home. This past December, I dropped off a very clingy, anxious Otis and picked up a calmer, more confident version of him. I swear I left one dog and came home with another, in the best possible way! From the moment you walk into Ark, you can see how thoughtfully the space is designed. Dogs are placed in specific units based on their size, personalities and social needs, making sure they feel comfortable, safe, and engaged during their stay. The dogs go on walks around the beautiful property, get plenty of social time, and enjoy so much mental and physical stimulation. Considering the level of care, attention, and thought that goes into each stay, Ark is also incredibly affordable. On a personal note, Tracy has become our go-to person when it comes to our dogs wellbeing. Whether I’m fussing about Sundae’s constant hunger (because she will eat ANYTHING ANY TIME!) or worrying about Otis’s social skills, Tracy is always just a call away. She is unbelievably good at what she does. One of our favourite things is the evening video updates. Every night during their stay, we get a personalised video from Tracy showing how the dogs spent their day—playing, exploring, making friends, and having the time of their lives. Nothing beats that peace of mind. SO YOU'VE BEEN WARNED: This isn’t a kennel and its more than just "pet boarding." It’s a sanctuary for your doggies. Thank you, Tracy, for being the heart of Ark. You’ve created something truly special, and our family is forever grateful.

Tracy, Cara and team are a home away from home for my 2 babies. They are always so happy to be dropped off and I love that I get daily videos of their playtime and progress. There is real consideration for their needs, be it physical activity or even making sure that they eat (Tracy once handfed Chase because he hadn't eaten that morning and didn't seem keen on the home cooked meal she had made!) Ark provides a hot, home cooked meal every dinner so I know my dogs are well fed and happy for dinner time. Extra care is taken during festive season to create distractions and noise to drown out any fireworks that may be heard so that there is no unnecessary stress on the dogs. Ark provides a holistic, well rounded boarding experience and I am more than happy to drive the distance to use their services. Thank you team Ark!!

The Ark Doggy Resort is the only place I trust to look after my Hercules. He’s given lots of freedom and spoils by Tracy and Richard. I’ve been using Ark Doggy Resort since 2022 and I’ll continue doing so due to the care Hercules is given.

I couldn’t have chosen a better place than Ark Doggy Resort for my elderly dog while we were away. He was showered with love and care and so well looked after. Thank you Tracy and Cara for looking after Rufus like your own. I will definitely use Ark again for my fur babies
