Ark Walk Park

Absolutely love this place especially enclosure 2 it's large enough for more than 3 dogs plenty of space to run and tons of trees to sniff, and let's not forget the splash pool our dogs Absolutely love it here theure free they play around and run to their hearts content. We go almost every week as opposed to public parks as it's much better. There is a covered lapa with benches and a table and a braai absolutely perfect for a Sunday out with thr dogs and a braai for lunch.

My GSD and I have attended a few different doggy related events here before. We have also walked their paths. Today, we attended Doggy event and before we took part, we walked the paths. We walked a total of 2km. Currently, after the heavy ongoing rains, the veld on each side of the paths was folding into the paths. I am sure cutting will ensue once the weather allows it. Parking is spacious. Staff are friendly. Payment is via an honesty box. Please support them.

I’m blown away by how great this place is, friendly and helpful and the facilities are just lovely. We will now be here all the time to run the dogs in freedom and off the lead in total safety and security.

The space was immaculate, secure, and thoughtfully designed—perfect for giving our dogs the freedom to run, explore, and just be dogs without a single worry. Whether they were chasing each other across the open field or pausing to sniff every corner like detectives on duty, they were in their element. It was pure canine bliss. You can feel the love and intention behind this place. The layout is not just functional—it’s soulful. Plenty of shade, fresh water on standby, and space to roam without crowding or chaos. It’s quiet, safe, and peaceful—ideal for both high-energy pups and introverts on four legs. We left with tired dogs, full hearts, and a promise to come back soon. If you're looking for a clean, private, well-run dog park where your dogs can truly run wild in a safe, structured space, The Ark is it. Highly recommended.

We booked one of the enclosures for our two dogs. R30 for 30 min. Well worth the money for peace of mind and safe outdoor play times. Our dogs are a little unsure around other dogs. There are two enclosed areas that can be booked, but also, a lovely central play area for kids and dogs. There is a shared walk trail for offleash dogs, pond and grass areas. Lovely for a picnic

Lovely place for a walk/run. Route is well marked and dog friendly. myrun hosted every Sunday morning from 7:30am.

We love coming here. Sunday's they have a my run. One of the very very few that still allow dogs. Not very long walk but the doggos love all the smell and friends. After you can go to the pet friendly restaurant. One side for off leash and in side for on leash as a kids play area. Personally think the play area should be for the dogs too as there are so many parks for human and kids only ..but biased as a dog mom lol
