This is the ultimate Pet Hotel and Kennels. Our parot and dogs stay here every time we travel and have been in good hands every time. Friendly staff and daily updates with photos of your pets if required. Highly recommended. Better intercom at the gate will be a welcome improvement.
My Cat is always very happy to stay here. I can enjoy my time away knowing that he is in Kim and her Team's loving care.
Highly recommended. I trust them with my parrot🤭🤭❤️ the people are very kind and happy. They accommodate all yours and your pets needs! I use their services all the time!!!❤️ 100% my favorite place to leave my pet and it’s safe. They also send regular updates to show you that your pet is in good shape. You never have to worry.

Unfortunately we had an absolutely terrible experience. One of our birds was given food that he literally could not eat.(we sent all their food with them) Our other bird has come back traumatized and extremely unsettled. When we called the owner seeking some kind of explanation- she was unresponsive and did not get back to us. We highly do NOT recommend purrfect pet hotel. It is far from perfect.
Excellent service. Kim is fantastic, very knowledgeable. Her kennels for dogs are the best I have ever seen. They are also not expensive.
Awesome nd friendly place to leave yur Pets. Close to lanseria. The employee Victor is 1 of n kind pet friendly person with the kindest soul and lwys smiling. U will never have 2 worry once u leave yur Pets with Victor. He also updates thru their stay on how they doing.
