Customer Reviews
Little Rock Restaurant has a rating of 4.4 out of 5 based on over 26 reviews on Google
Little Rock says more about the owner than one should expect. The owner is "polite" but not much more then that. The ambience is quite nice but extremely dated. It was superb, 25 years ago. Be aware that the Horses are freely moving about the whole resort and are not afraid of humans at all. Probably for most this is not an issue, but if you are not a fan of Horses, this is a bit awkward as there is no way of blocking them. We were assigned a "private" bathroom as the majority of the ground was occupied by large army like tents that housed street workers. They (luckily) had their own bathroom. The facility offers electricity at a couple of places, and a braai is easily setup with one of the available braai's If the owner would not have been a bit of a "Rock" when it comes to service the appreciation would have been higher. It's an acceptable place to spend the night when traveling from Johannesburg to Cape town in a Motor home.
This place is to die for! We had a lovely dinner here, I had the chicken snitchel with house vegs. It was by far the best I’ve ever had. My husband had the steak, egg and chips. It was cooked to perfection and the juiciest he’s ever had. (Sorry for the half eaten food pictures, we literally couldn’t wait to taste) The food is very affordable for the portion and quality and nothing on the menu really exceeded R150.00 - The atmosphere is lovely as well and good music played. We had a lovely chat with the locals and bartender. Will definitely be returning.
The milkshake was good and the service was awesome.
Great scenery Good menu for food Terrible service from the old lady. Bar tender kept muttering something under his breath while pacing up and down. Good drinks and fair prices
Nice place to have a quick pizza and drink
Good food. Cozy. No table service. Lovely outdoors area for grub & drinks. Pool. Braai facilities. Great range of Darling Brew beers. On tap as well as bottles.
Not the best place to go, service from waiters not good, the food was raw, ask for a glass of wine and end up having to buy a bottle
