I was first introduced to Flaura Pets in 2023 when I lost my dear little rat Cupcake. It was a terrible time which was made a little easier when her egg urn was returned to us a short while later. This being the first time I had to cremate a pet, they made the experience very comforting. As is the nature with short-lived pets, we tragically lost our boy Vox from an incurable brain tumor earlier this year. Floura Pets welcomed Vox and returned his ashes soon after. Thank you for all the work you have done in returning my pets to me.

I have experienced the most Dignified service for the cremation of my large Boerbull Dog. This is definitely a bench-mark for all Veterinarian's to achieve. Neil at Flaura Pets handled the cremation of our beloved Whiskers - our 18yo female fur-child. We received her ashes in a sweet little pottery urn and were grateful for the compassionate handling of this sad process. Thank you 🙏🏻
