I highly recommend their services. Christen was extremely professional, accommodating and empathetic. I was consistently kept in the loop and the entire matter was dealt with smoothly. The driver was extremely friendly and arrived at the proposed time and it was also a seamless process. Received my pets ashes today and the vase was beautifully prepared in his honour. Thank you again to the entire R.I PETS team for everything.

I would definitely recommend and have already recommended R.I.Pets to friends and family. They truly provided the best service and were very sympathetic to us as we navigated the loss of our little Mila. They collected her in a very dignified manner and the driver was also very sympathetic and gave his condolences. As all owners of doggy children know, deciding their time of departure is heart breaking. Our Jack Russell (Dozey - formal name Dozer), just turned 16, had been struggling for a while and pleaded to us with his eyes to let him go. With the compassion of TAH Darling, he crossed over the rainbow in complete peace on 28 July 2025. TAH Darling arranged for R.I.Pets to handle his cremation from which we found comfort (despite our broken hearts). Their professionalism and care, together with their bespoke urn containing Dozey's ashes and with his name on it sets R.I.Pets above what we have formerly experienced. Their quiet but undeniable respect in aiding the release of this gentle soul back to the universe means the world to us. Thank you!

I always try not to be a pain, but as expected, this process is difficult and one does not think straight or think at all. And the staff at R.I.Pets (Anastasia) is absolutely amazing. We were not sure about how we would receive our kittens ashes as he died very suddenly late at night and we were distraught. We went to collect him this afternoon and were happily surprised with a beautiful clay urn, a tag that has seeds in it to grow a plant and a certificate. Thank you for making saying goodbye to our small boy a little easier and respectful.
