Melandri Doggy Parlour Uitzicht centre

The only parlour that could groom my rescue dog. Junaid done a wonderful job and was able to wash, dry and trim a very difficult rescue dog. Will definitely recommend and will definitely come back

I have used this parlour a few times and their service has absolutely declined to the point where I will not return. Every time it takes over 4hours for both of my dogs to be groomed. The receptionist is unfriendly. She recently called to say I can come collect my dogs, only for me to sit and wait there for a further hour!! Totalling 5hours to complete the grooming. It’s a shame as the other branch has friendly and helpful staff.

I've been taking my dog to this groomer regularly as the grooming and prices are reasonable, but my recent experience was disappointing. Since they operate on a first-come, first-served basis, I called ahead to check how busy they were before deciding whether to bring my dog in. I don’t want my dog waiting in a cage for over an hour. Unfortunately, the person who answered couldn't provide a clear answer to my query, and their tone was less than friendly. The customer service has definitely declined as of late.

They were really great with my dog and it sounds as if my stressed dog was fine.

I’ve used this parlor a few times - to be honest, sometimes it’s good, sometimes not. My fur kid has come home wet (multiple times) and without her collar. I’ve had to call in a few times to find out when she’ll be ready (past closing time). And they’ve gotten on the pricier side aswell. The service doesn’t match the prices anymore, unfortunately.

My Fur babies love going for there grooming here. So much love comes with the grooming with a litte treat for human and fur baby. Love the little scarf around the neck and ribbons in the hair ❤️ Thank you Team and we'll done !!!

Sent my dog home with a 2cm cut...AGAIN. not telling me about it. And that was after I had to return a previous time for not grooming my dogs properly. Rather use a bit more expensive palour since this one costs you a lot more in time and vet bills.
