Posh pets mobile grooming

Used Posh Pets for the first time this week and overall was pretty impressed. There was a bit of hassle setting up the appointment and the communication wasn’t great but when they came they were prepared with everything they needed, even the water! They were very gentle and patient with my scared dog and did a great job of washing and grooming her and are very good value for money. I will definitely use them again and recommend them for all your pet’s needs.

Gave specific instructions on how I wanted my dog groomed. His face was hardly groomed and his paws were unevenly cut. I contacted Denise and asked if she could come back and fix it. She set up an appointment but did not pitch, even though she confirmed hours earlier. She did not even have the decency to cancel or reschedule. Now she is ignoring my calls and messages. Unprofessional & Unreliable.

Such an unprofessional company. I made a booking for Friday at 12pm. I contacted the lady at 12:30 to ask if they still coming. She responds that she’s at the wrong address and asked to come the next morning which I agreed to. Saturday morning came and at 8:00am I asked what time I should expect her. She said she has 2 clients then I’ll be next. Up until now, 8:30pm, I have not heard anything from posh pets and no one pitched up all day. I am so disappointed and would not recommend their services. What a waste of my entire Saturday waiting for no one to pitch up and no communication.

I can't believe this lady! She kept me waiting for 2hrs today! She said she will be available at 13h00...it's 3pm AND SHE HASN'T CALLED!!!! She literally lives two streets aways...please be careful about using this lady...NOT RELIABLE!

It was raining on the day. My dogs were not dried properly. They charged me R550 I asked them if nails were trimmed it was not done. I sent message next day to please come amd cut around doggies face and her paws were not done. To date no response. They should have rather canceled. I'm hindsight I should have refused ro pay.

Always in favour of supporting small businesses however, this company is unprofessional and does not stick to appointments. The grooming is not on par with more reputable companies. Was unhappy with how my dog was cut and the owner did not rectify the situation.

Wow wow wow, thank you Denise and team, my two scotties look like Scots again and you can see they love their cut and all. Fast and effective. Will most definitely recommend and make use of your services again!!!!
