The Pet Stylist

I booked my two dogs for a Pamper session with The Pet Stylist, I am not impressed, so unfriendly and does not seem like a dog lover at all, my dogs came back not properly dried on a cold winters day, and frightened. I will not use this service again.

My three #Soulfurs love being pampered right at our house by the #petstylist... they are so well organised and take the greatest of care with my fur kids.

Amazing, friendly and efficient service. Our two poodles were groomed very well. We have not have good results from similar services as they can be tricky to shave and cut. Highly recommend if you have dogs that need an expert cut. PS Love the little ribbons they put on their ears.

Nope. Not again. Shop around. There’s better in your area.

Disappointing first experience. The two people who groomed our pet, is definitely not pet lovers. They did not show any affection. The price quoted was different to the price on their website. When I pointed it out to them (WhatsApp screenshot sent to them), they still made me feel like the 'criminal'. Poor client service.

Really disappointed in the experience with Pet Stylist. Booked in advance and confirmed address and appointment and then made payment. Checked that everything was ok and they were ready. On the day of the first appointment they did not pitch and cancelled my appointment by accident. I had to call in to find out what happened, they apologized and rescheduled for 2 days later. They then again cancelled a day before that they now do not work in the area after confirmation of the booking.

Thank you especially Nosive for grooming and Mark for shampooing my Furry Baby today. I am happy to recognize my Miniature Schnauzer again! Thank you for five star pet pampering. Una Adonis
