I took both my babies today been pekineses and spoiled little devils they are a handful as I picked them up both of their tails where up so happy both look so amazing extremely very happy ❤️thank you so much I would definitely recommend them

We have been taking our wire hair terrier to Tip Top Groomers since we’ve had her. Bruce, the owner is lovely and so is all the staff. Professional, helpful and always friendly. Highly recommended. Thank you for taking such good care of Leika 🙂

There is no review I can write about Tip Top Dog Groomers which could capture how my experience there made me feel. In one word, I’d probably have to say kingly. My wife and I have two mini-Schnauzers we adopted. They are wonderful at home but are a handful when we’re out and about. I called to make sure it was okay to bring them through and was told that the team has years of experience dealing with dogs of all shapes, sizes, and temperaments. This put me at ease, but I was still nervous. Fast forward to grooming time, we left our two little ones there and later got a video of how chilled they were lying there getting groomed and pampered. When we got the WhatsApp to fetch them no longer than 3 hours later, we were surprised! They looked amazing in comparison to how we left them there, and no one lost fingers. I cannot recommend Tip Top Dog Groomers enough.

Horrible experience. The owner and workers are not professionals. Firstly, not all dogs will sit still and my dog is still a puppy. After dropping my dog off, I receive a call from the owner that my dog is giving them a hard time. So I went back to help the staff. Only to realise that they was hurting my dog. He was crying because they was pulling on his fur. They was not gentle at all. Not all dogs sit still and can not expect my puppy to sit still especially when they was pulling on his hair. They do not treat the dogs with love. My dog was trembling and this caused him to vomit on the way back home. I do not recommend these groomers.

I was very upset with the service I got from Tip Top recently. The staff is lovely and friendly, but when I picked up my Scottish Terrier they had shaved off her legs & underside completely without asking me, and I asked for a Scottie cut (a Scottie is supposed to have a short clipped back and neck, but a long skirt of hair on their legs & underside, and this leg hair takes 3-4 years to grow to the desired length - I would expect an experienced dog groomer to know such a basic thing, now we have to start the growing process all over). On top of that, the clip she received was choppy and patchy, and she was absolutely covered in loose clipped hair - looked like I had been rolling around on the dog parlor floor, from all the loose hair that came off on me. This was a really unpleasant experience for me.
