My precious Beans got a grooming here today. My normally nervous little doggy came back calm and content. His little haircut is so adorable and he smells amazing. I was very pleased by the service, the friendliness of the staff, and pleasantly surprised with the price of their awesome work. Beans will definitely be back soon.

I have been bringing my Maltese to you for many years.Why has your price jumped from R280 in 2024 to R400 early 2025 and now R340.....in the same year.

I have been taking my 2 Toy Pom's to Village Pet Parlour for around a year and am extremely happy with the friendly staff and care. But this is the last time they will see us as when phoning for a booking, I was told of a slight price increase from R200 to R230 per fur baby. But when collecting them, I was charged R340 per fur baby! Completely unacceptable and not justified! I have addressed an email to complain - no response. Very disappointing

Review edit I gave this review years ago and it was genuine. But trying to make my last booking I was told the price went from R200 to R340. . So much. When I asked why so much I was told it is a whole experience. Unfortunately I can't pay for this experience and will not be coming back Jan 2025 First visit with my maltese. Everything was great, right from his welcome cuddles. His cut and wash were awesome. As Arnie said.... I'll be back

I am always very satisfied with the standard of service from the grooming staff and have been driving up from Westville because of the excellent grooming for my Yorkie. The price had risen to R200 when she went for her last grooming. I was shocked and disgusted when the lady in charge apologised and told me the new price is R300. She said I'm luckyI have a small dog because a bigger dog costs more. A small increase is understandable but an increase of 50%, without notification, is a disgusting rip-off. I will take my pet elsewhere from now on.

My puppy had her first groom and she was so relaxed and happy when I collected her - Daphne was amazing - prices are really affordable and reasonable Good covid protocols

Very friendly staff led by a great lady, Daphne. So reassuring especially to a first time pet owner.
