Game is a retail giant that offers an incredible variety, but it often suffers from an identity crisis. Walking inside is like visiting ten different stores at once—you’ll find groceries, high-end electronics, patio furniture, and DIY hardware all under one roof. ​While the convenience of "everything in one place" is great in theory, the store lacks the focused energy of its competitors. Despite its prime location near a busy exit, it rarely feels chockablock, busy or full, perhaps because shoppers prefer specialized stores for specific needs. It’s a massive space with huge potential, but the lack of a clear niche makes the shopping experience feel a bit disjointed. Talk about a JACK OF ALL TRADES, MASTERS OF NONE.

Massive departmental store with lots of stuff to purchase. From groceries to electronics, home and stationary etc. Customer service is okay.

The customer service has since improved based on my experience; it seems as if additional workers were hired. I encourage the workers to always give customers an attention whenever they see them walking inside the store.

Very bad customer service. The staff is so rude when you need their help. I Do not recommend buying electronic devices, they claim they have a 1 year warranty but tell you its not their problem when they stop working. We purchased a soundbar in September, October it stopped working we took it back and they said they wont fix it we should go to an Indian shop instead. It’s december now the soundbar is still in their store collecting dust, imagine a soundbar we paid full price for, when we ask them to contact JVC they told us we should contact them ourselves since we want the soundbar to be fixed. I am very disappointed

I am very dissatisfied with the misinformation that is displayed at the door of the store. You don't tell people you will open at 08:00 but never do so, it's inconvenient, it's disrespectful, it's not how business should be conducted. I have errands to run in the morning, and if I plan on getting some of the things in the morning at the shop knowing that it will be open by the time I get there, why must I come and find a closed shop? I this is bad bad practice.
