There was no option for 0 star as they don’t deserve a rating. Worst customer service you can find anywhere this Spar scrape the bottom of the barrel, first you walk into the door and you obstructed by an army of security guards signing till slips as customers exist, they don’t care if you want to come in just find a hole and crawl under, then it’s the attitude of the manager and worst cashiers in the world, you do groceries there and ask them for plastics, you must tell them how many plastics for a grocery of 2k. you want and also pack your grocery in those plastics. Queues are uncontrolled they block shopping aisle it’s a circus. Ground staff is unhelpful bakery section you get people touching fresh uncovered bread, think hygiene.

We really enjoyed working with SuperSpar Mopani on their advertising. The team is reliable and friendly.

I’ve known and loved Spar and their fresh food all my life, but this time I’m beyond disappointed. Bought two of my fav pies this week and because it was hot I expected it to be freshly baked, however the moment I took a bit it not only felt dry but it was not having a pleasant smell either. I’d never recommend Spar pies anymore it was definitely giving last week’s pie that got overcooked to seem fresh but no one could bare with my experience. I can’t get over that taste I’m so embarrassed !

Long queues due to few pay points open, reason provided by supervisors/ customers service manager- some tellers were on lunch and some already reported off duty. Ventilation nit great .

Beware; they are selling spoiled food. I bought a grilled, rotten chicken

Mopani Spar is the best! It is packed with a lot of fresh produce. The management and staff are professional, friendly, and quick.

There is this one cashier who is very very rude to customers...she yelled at me bringing all people's on me. She insulted me infront of many customers. I was very calm and nice to her but she didn't bring the same energy. I just found someone's else complain, which includes her because pictures of her were uploaded.. I am only 19 and I couldn't hold my tears in front of a lot of people while she was yelling at me. I don't think I'll be comfortable to come back to do my shopping . Thank you
