Clicks Pharmacy Mafikeng Crossing

I had an awesome service from Victoria at clicks the crossing. The lady is a champion, she went all out to help me even when the item I was looking was not in her department, she works in beauty and cosmetics but she did not mind to step out and step in to give me a world class service... Recognize that lady please she deserves a bonus.

Last two trips to the Clicks pharmacy have been horrible. Long queue, Long wait : only two service points open. pharmacist less than helpful. Don’t keep all medication in stock- Promised to call me next day when stock arrives: a week later, still waiting for the pharmacy to call. Pharmacy: Not at all friendly. prices are high.

Change your closing time online... you close way before 7PM on Friday 17 Jan 25 Update... no need for back and fourth emails... update your closing time, or close on the time you say you close... You cannot close as and when you feel like... customers check your closing time online and drive to the store, only to find out you felt like closing before time...

They have Friendly staff and their services are quick, just that they have to improve their storage since some of the packages are next to shelfs making it hard for anyone to move around

The information on here states they close at 19:00 only for you to get there at 18:05 and have a very rude security guard point at the time on their window which states they close at 18:00. Updating that very important piece of information on here would have saved me petrol and energy!

Store is now bigger and service in the pharmacy section has improved since the electronic system that issues numbers to the customers as they arrive was introduced. It is a huge step forward in improving the service speed and also the customer satisfaction.

The worst service ever Ive experience not once or twice but every time i shop there They are extremely slow The aisle and racks are disorganized and everytime i buy 3 for 2 special there is an issue and im charged for 3 Poor service
