Bark Bath & Beyond Mobile Dog Groomers Pretoria East

I absolutely loved their service! The convenience was amazing. I contacted them the night before and they came the very next day. Everything was smooth and stress-free. My pom looks and smells so fresh, and the cut is neat and beautifully done. I’m genuinely so happy with the service and will definitely be using them again. Highly recommended! 🐾✨

Super service ! Happiest furr friends on the block. Happy pups happy human. We will make use of your service soon!!

This week Bark, Bath and Beyond came to my house to bath my two fur babies. We have two Rhodesian Ridgebacks. They are extremely socialised and love humans. However they are big and literally 💯 pure muscle. My husband noticed that the groomers did not know how to pick up a big dog and almost hurt my youngest. After our youngest so called bath he wasn’t even wet. Did not smell of soap, and his toe nails were definitely not clipped and his breath still smelling like dog. Our eldest dog was at least wet and his fur smelt clean, however still no nails clipped and his breath still smelly. After only 15min of service they demanded full payment and said they’re done and that the full service was rendered. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional as we ended up paying for a service that was not rendered. I contacted them directly the next day, and the response was we will speak with the team and owner, but still no feedback. Ons Friday the same team just arrived at our house, no communication and no arrangements were made. We then did not allow them onto the property. I would not recommend them as it seems like you would have to watch them while they do their job to ensure that it get done. They don’t even deserve 1 star.

I need to say a big WOW and thank you for the awesome service we received from you all today. The Premium treatment was a 1st for our 5 month old puppies and they look beautiful. Elizabeth and Collin were amazing

Thank you for Washing my Husky’s! They look amazing and everyone was great with the dogs. Will book again!

Very satisfied with their professional way of working with our dogs. Our dogs always looks like we wanted them to be and the staff is very friendly.

Really unprofessional, they cut my dog's nail badly and start to bled, they don't know how to trim a dog like toy pom!! (In the photo You can see how badly they trim hair), They pulled my dog legs in a bad direction while trimming the nails and hurt my dog leg, I didn't let them continue, took my baby dog and left there, I really don't recommend it at all. Please don't take your baby dogs to unprofessionals. They might hurt it like mine.
