Dog & Cat Spa

My dog absolutely loved it there, it was his first time being groomed and it was one to remember. He came out looking so lovely and handsome. The staff are so friendly, my granny sat in the reception and had a long talk with them, she also enjoyed the experience. The price you pay is so worth it for the groom your dog gets and it isn’t expensive either. Wow I am definitely going back here and you should too!

Booked my dog in today with clear instructions... to have him shaved, and his hair on his head short with special attention to cutting the hair under his legs and tidy between his paws (where he can matt and get clogged with dirt)... when my partner arrived to collect him he only had a slight trim... when he said no he should have been shaved 10 minutes later they brought out my boy, with the most uneven cut (pictures as proof) and long pieces in the under leg area and completely untidy paws... I understand mistakes happen but then rather offer another appointment later than not listening to instructions... Just unprofessional... at least his hair will grow back and we will find a groomer that will actually do requests.

Best groomers in Pretoria. Friendly and competent staff and so affordable.

Super friendly and professional service. I have a rare breed dog and they trimmed him absolutely perfectly. He was a relaxed and happy boy when I picked him up, so they must have had gentle hands working with him the whole time. Their shop is neat, tidy and clean and a comfortable temperature. Super affordable also. Highly recommend them and will happily use them again.

Really good customer service, very lend and considerate . My dogs always come back happy . The environment is very calm . My dogs are never stressed which is a big factor.

I will not be taking my dog back to the Dog & Cat Spa. She got a ear infection after her groom and also was cut under her chin

Love them they treat my babies like there own best service and always friendly
