Glamour Pets took incredible care of my Standard Poodle! He was very happy and calm afterwards and absolutely loves his new coat! The premises are clean and the staff is very friendly! As a dog mommy I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment and concern regarding the grooming service my schnauzer received on September 20th, 2023, at your establishment. I felt it is my responsibility to share my experience with others in the hope that it prevents similar incidents from occurring in the future. While the haircut itself was not the primary issue, the condition in which my dog returned was truly distressing. My schnauzer suffered multiple injuries during the grooming process, which has left both him and me deeply traumatized. Cuts on Both Ears: My schnauzer returned with cuts on both ears, which were certainly not present when I dropped him off for grooming. These injuries were a clear indication of negligence during the grooming process. Bruises: In addition to the ear cuts, my dog had numerous bruises caused by the trimmer blade behind his private area, leg, paw, and tail. These injuries were completely avoidable and demonstrate a lack of care and attention to my pet's well-being. Red Rash on Neck: My dog also had a painful red rash on his neck, which was undoubtedly the result of a collar that was fastened too tightly to immobilize him during the grooming. This level of discomfort and neglect is completely unacceptable. My schnauzer is not just a pet; he is a cherished member of our family, and seeing him in such a traumatized state has been heart-wrenching. I sincerely hope that sharing this review will prevent other pet owners from experiencing the same distress and disappointment. It is our responsibility as pet owners to ensure the safety and well-being of our furbabies, and it is equally your responsibility as a grooming service provider to guarantee their safety and comfort during the grooming process. I urge you to take this matter seriously, investigate the circumstances surrounding my dog's injuries, and take appropriate steps to prevent such incidents from happening in the future. The trust of pet owners is paramount in your line of business, and regaining that trust should be your top priority. I hope that this review serves as a wake-up call for your establishment to prioritize the welfare of the animals in your care and improve the quality of your services. Our pets deserve nothing less.

Fantastic results! My dog is quite plain with short hair so not much they can do but the other pooches I observed being washed and styled looked whoooo oh so faaancy!!! Proper poodle cuts and the works!! The staff are friendly and there is a Vet right next door if your dog needs a check up or a new diet. Prices are very reasonable. Give them a try you won't be sorry!

Rip off. They charged us 420 ZAR for two miniature dachshund to only wash them and cut their nails. I specifically said not to cut my longhaired dachshund’s hair which they ended up doing, nails were still long on my male dog and there were still matted hairs on my longhaired dachshund which were not properly brushed or washed. Very disappointing. Would not recommend

Friendly, hands-on owner who kindly made time to cut my very overgrown Airedale. Ridding her of her luscious winter coat on an excessively hot day. Ziggy my Airedale also seemed pleased she was not stressed out by the time she was ready to be collected. I highly recommend this pet grooming service. Very reasonably priced.

Pro :Friendly people and fairly priced. Very quick service. Con: Cut my dog's hair too short (now he gets sunburn) and cut my dog's whiskers, also don't bring your dog with a collar as it won't be returned.
