These guys are warm, very gentle.and loving with the dogs, and do great cuts, nail trims, washes etc. Prices reasonable. A very good sign for me is that my dogs are actually relaxed when I fetch them afterwards.

We've used Le York for quite some time. Recently, However my Poor little Schnauzer has been nicked and cut, Her toenails are bleeding. Usually they are friendly and Helpful... But today... Sarcastic comments like "Get that Easy Dog", "The one who was shaved by this person and then the next person and that person". We know we have a difficult and anxious little dog... Just tell us politely that we need to find more qualified groomers...

I have been taking my dogs to Le York since 2022, and until last year the grooming itself had generally been good. On 3 October 2025, I took my two dogs in for grooming. Both dogs were accepted by Le York in good health when dropped off in the morning. When they returned home that afternoon, one of my dogs had severely red and irritated eyes, while the other dog who was groomed, on the same day, had no issues. We took the affected dog to the vet immediately. The vet advised that if we had not acted quickly, he could have seriously injured his eyes. After several discussions and providing the vet’s opinion, Le York paid the medical bill. However, we were informed that this payment was made "to keep a good client" and not as an acceptance of responsibility. On 20 January 2026, I called to book an appointment for my dogs, as there had been an understanding that my doggies were still welcomed back. I was informed instead that my dogs will no longer be accepted as clients because they are considered a "cost risk." If no responsibility was accepted and assurances were given that products were not at fault, why are my dogs now considered a cost risk? Are they expecting this to happen again? Refusing long-standing clients after an incident that occurred while their pet was in the groomer’s care raises serious concerns about accountability and customer trust. I can and will not recommend this business and will not be going back.

Excellent service. Our Yorkie girl looks do good. Wasn't tensed up at all when we fetched her. Will recommend Le York anytime.
