Wag-A-Tail Doggy Wow-Tique

I am very unhappy with our experience, our beautiful boy came home with an extremely scew cut. There is a huge chunk missing from half his beard after leaving him there for 3 hours! I was then called after sending them photos and told that this is a very common occurrence and it’s because I was there to collect too quickly….. what were you doing for the 3 hours he had to sit there before? I am very disappointed, a huge waste of money.

Horrible experience, My grandmother’s dog was treated badly here her neck was bruised badly she had a Chow-Chow and asked for a winters cut which they didn’t do. The dog looked horrible and was injured and they didn’t take accountability when confronted. Absolutely horrible service.

Great service witn friendly staff and professional groomers that does the work. I would recommend them.

Very professional and efficient service! My dog doesn't like baths, so it was very nice to see how quickly the whole process took. Happy dog and happy owner. The price was very reasonable as well! 🙂

Best Groomers ive had my pups at,no doubt!Tx Lizette and Mamsie, staff for the wonderful work you do!

New management is poor. After 2.5 hrs I insisted to get my dogs, and by then they they were ONLY bathed!! After being a client for many years, this service is not acceptable to me.

I don’t usually write reviews on places but I thought this needed one. Hazel is our beautiful cocker baby. She is +- 1.5 years old and recently we noticed that home baths are just not good enough 🛀 (mom is lacking trimming competencies). So we decided on having her visit a doggy parlour. Because she is so precious to us we did our homework on selecting the best groomer based on reviews. So Brendan Ferns took her to Wag-a-Tail today. The staff were so friendly and they looked so well after our little Hazie. ❤️ You might not know but Hazel is quite a scared girl but the staff were patient and groomed her perfectly!! We are so satisfied. I would definitely make use of their services again - shortly!!
