Wonderful service received! Staff took the time to understand my request, and offered advice and guidance to help me get the correct cut I was looking for. They were also patient with my pup and helped set him at ease for the appointment. So so happy!
Terrible service. Rough with my dogs. The rude, sullen groomer did the exact opposite of what my wife very clearly asked him to do. He shouted at us and got very aggressive when we CALMLY pointed this out to him. He cut my dog, making her bleed, and then tried to tell us that it was "there before". Gaslighting at its finest. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS. They are terrible.
Our first introduction to a mobile grooming service and unfortunately not a very good one.
