Very bad customer service 2 woman at tills one the manager but not helping no other customers and still no help when I ask who's the manager they ignore me
Fast friendly assistance and service. Was quite suprised at the size for a Builders Express
I cannot reach a SINGLE AFRIKAANS SPEAKING INDIVIDUAL! They ended the call. They kept me on the line for 15 minutes straight for no reason. When I was finally put through to someone she pretended to understand Afrikaans, I explained what I want to buy, she then proceeded to ask me in Afrikaans "what then?". Duh! I want to buy something! Pathetic service! Hate calling these guys.
Good service, affordable prices
