First time buying the ready made food, service ladies were very rude when I greeted and asked politely about how to go about dishing up and weighting the food and I found a rock in my food

I honestly don't like the fact that people serve themselves food. It's soo unhygienic. I saw some customers holding a piece of chicken with their hands. They should get someone to supervise or serve the people. That's my 2 cents.

I arrived there after 18:00 tonight for rooibos Albany brown bread to find that it's priced down from R19.90 to R19.45.I normally buy 4 to 5 loaves.The security are always alert to the wearing of musk's but I didn't this time bcoz I was in a hurry n left my bag wherein I normally place a considerable number. The security personnel recommended that I buy one for R5.00 which I did by asking one of the two to purchase one for me.In no time I was in the supermarket locating my bread only to find the very last one.Frustrated I waited for few minutes n looked around n saw the other brand of Ultima 4 Grains pumpkin seeds.I had no choice but to take 3 of them.To my greatest pleasure there arrived freshly delivered spinach n I went for 3 bunches at R10.00 each.So happy...always the cleanest with cashiers eveready to be of help n give advise.The supermarket has improved so much.Meat area is closed which is superb.The veg area is ever bright n appetizing.One enjoys the atmosphere.However prizewise it's a bit higher than both Checkers n P n P.If you could consider going lower you may attract more professionals n guys with deeper pockets.Your employees are very committed n dedicated humbled n ready to be of help to all clients. Maintain the cleanliness.

Spar is my home, have been shopping here for more than 10 years in such a way that I don't feel good buying from other shops. I hate queuing and you don't get that at spar, staff friendly, tills are always working. I love my spar

From arriving at Spar, everything is a pleasure. Security in parking area, no car guards, more than enough trolleys and best of all a cashier at each tillpoint.
