Cango Wildlife Ranch

We had an amazing time visiting Cango Wildlife Ranch. The venue is beautiful, well-kept, and very informative. JP was absolutely fantastic—very funny, welcoming, and engaging. He took his time showing us the animals and sharing the history of the place, which made the experience even more special. We saw lions, cheetahs, crocodiles, and many other animals up close. It was both educational and entertaining, and you can really feel the passion behind the work they do here. Highly recommended for families and anyone who loves animals!

A fantastic visit from start to finish. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and the walkways are very accessible. The guides are full of energy and clearly love what they do. The highlight for us was the Cheetah encounter. It was a dream come true to be that close to such a magnificent animal. She looked in peak condition and was clearly very happy; we even got a loud, vibrating purr out of her when she got a good scratch! It was a moving experience. This ranch does brilliant work, and they definitely deserve your support.

My son & myself have come to South Africa to enjoy the wildlife & couldnt pass the opportunity to jump into a cage with two Nile Crocs. The park itself is incredible, with Lions, Leopards & other amazing things. Absolutely top draw...incredible life experience & survived. Thanks guys taking lots of incredible memories back to London.

I had a very pleasing visit to Cango Wildlife Ranch. The animals are clearly well cared for, and it was wonderful to see them in such a safe and healthy environment. The facilities were clean and well maintained, which added to the overall positive experience. My only challenge was with the tour guide, whose English was not very fluent, making it difficult to follow along at times. This did affect the flow of the tour, but the passion and effort were still appreciated. Overall, it’s well worth the visit — a great place to learn, explore, and enjoy wildlife up close.

My family and I chose the self-guided tour option, which gave us the perfect pace to truly absorb the breathtaking scenery and immerse ourselves in learning about each fascinating species. Despite it being a quieter day at the ranch, this actually enhanced our experience. The peaceful atmosphere allowed us to connect more deeply with the animals and their stories. The absolute highlight was our lemur encounter – an experience that exceeded all expectations. Our guides were exceptional: knowledgeable, passionate, and incredibly well-prepared. They shared captivating insights about lemur behavior, dietary needs, and the ranch's outstanding commitment to animal welfare and conservation. What impressed me most was witnessing firsthand how well-cared for all the animals are. The dedication to their wellbeing was evident throughout our visit. The ranch is wonderfully family-friendly, offering something for everyone. The kids can enjoy the playground, while the adults appreciated browsing the gift shop and enjoying a delicious meal at one of the two on-site restaurants. Cango Wildlife Ranch delivers an perfect blend of education, conservation, and pure joy. Highly recommended for families seeking a meaningful wildlife experience!

Amazing seeing all these animals, Navin the tourguide is very funny , great staff in general and an amazing tourist attraction. On another note thanks for all the things you guys do to help nature. We’ve been here multiple times and every time is memorable. Thank you for this experience.
