Cornerway House

Just the best and most wonderfully relaxing spot we could have chosen. Everyone was so accommodating and helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable with everything needed at hand. And breakfast is exceptional.||Cornerway House certainly goes the extra mile and we will definitely stay there again next time we are in Plett.

The place is beautifully set and decorated. Rooms are more than adequate. Staff is very friendly and the breakfast is an absolute winner.

Great suite stay and helpful hostess. We started our Garden route from this accommodation in late September. My happiness with the room and helpful hostess. My initial concern was only that the future accommodations would not live up to the pleasant surprise of this place. It is a very nicely decorated and landscaped place. We had a room with a separate bedroom and a working fire place which was quite a treat. We are not familiar with the area so the best benefit was the very helpful suggestions of things to see and do in the area each morning from the host and hostess.

We went for a couple trip to Cornerway House. The host was very nice en helpful and we had a great time here. At the day that we left she even made us some sandwiches to go!

Friends who live in Plett recommended the Cornerway House to us. Owned by a South African lady & her partner who has been resident for years, the place's charm comes from a lovely Manager called Kathy. Both however have loads of tips to offer about the surrounding area. We stayed in a perfect little independent cottage on the property, especially as we were travelling with our 2 x doxies. The cottage was absolutely perfect for our needs. A lovely big bedroom & the best bed I have slept in for a while. Being winter, we had wood fires each evening & in the morning, as we used the time to work on our laptops, a gas fire was another option. Cooking was no problem either, as the kitchen was well supplied with gadgets including a washing machine & dishwasher. Sadly we didn't take advantage of the breakfasts except on one occasion, which was served in the main guesthouse, and was good wholesome food. Dogs are definitely welcome.

Cornerway House is a beautiful, lush retreat ideally located in a part of Plett that offers easy access to all the main attractions. Despite its central location, it remains peaceful at night, with exceptionally comfortable rooms for a restful stay.||||

Corner way House was a very very charming guest house with incredible attention to detail. The apartment was spacious, the bed was sumptuous and Kathy a delight. Very good safe feeling as I was travelling alone. Thank you.
