Plettenberg Bay Game Reserve

Not bad. 2 hours excursion on their truck, suitable for small children. They have one rhino, few giraffes, hippos, crocodiles, but dont have elephants and lions

We came looking for a mini-safari, and that's exactly what we got. With flashing stars. Our gamekeeper, Delicious, was excellent. We drove around the park, coming up close to giraffe, zebra, impala, springbok, kudu, nyala, crocodile, etc. We were able to exit the vehicle twice, and listen to the animals in the wild. The backdrop was wonderful mountains and beautiful views for miles. For two hours, we covered a lot of ground, but it was interesting and fun throughout. Given how much we saw, the price was fair. I'd definitely return.

We had a great two hour drive through the Reserve. Our guide, Delicious, was very kind and gave many interessting facts about the animals. The Area is stunning with a great view on the mountains. The buildings are cute and decorated with a love to details. We saw many interesting animals such as Hippos Giraffs Zebras and many more. The also have Rhinos. I can totally recommend it.

We went here not knowing exactly what to expect but we were pleasently surprised! It hosts 2 of the big 5 despite what other sources said. You can find the elephant and the rhino here. Besides these you can also find giraffes, different kinds of antilope, hippo, crocodiles, zebra’s and different kinds of birds. Our guide provided us with good information and was able to get us very close to the animals. Overall a nice 2 hours drive trough the field!

Great safe and comfortable safari option for families close to Plettenberg bay. Tour is only 2 hours long and felt very safe. Did not feel like a zoo animals were wild had plenty of space. The elephants and lion have been re homed but this did not impact our experience. We saw giraffes, a rhino, hippo, different types of antelope, zebra, crocodile, birds. Reception with toilets and cold drinks.

Great! Two hours well spend! We had a private tour, saw many animals! Close to Plett ideal with young kids!

Two stars only for the kind and well informed guide who really did his best!! We went today upon our hotels recommendation But i need to admit that there are not many animals left here you wont see and lions or elephants or some they supposed to have on the photos you see from earlier somehow they could not hold all these animals… such a pitty Therefore dont waste your time and money and go somewhere else - we informed our hotel that it was just a big disappointment and they will also not recommend it going forward But it is our mistake many other reviews earlier pointed this out and we did not read them carefully before booking our tour here We wont come again and wont recommend it - the owners should really check if they want to still own this place as it is like now not nice at all
