Tilting Trees Forest Lodge

This accommodation was absolutely amazing. Well kept, neat, clean and full of thought put into it. The stone cabin was larger than expected and Lesley was kind enough to provide treats with the usual coffee and tea for us. She even went as far to provide a drying rack for our towels as the area was experiencing was water restrictions at the time. The property has a dam and a forest walk trail, my only complaint is a couldn't get enough of how amazing it was. Thanks Lesley and Kevin for your sharing your love of nature with us.💚

Tilting Trees is the perfect place to stay if you want to walk in the Harkerville Forest or just relax on the farm. I have a passion for forests and my husband loves photographing birdlife so we got the best of both worlds. Lesley was an attentive hostess and made us very welcome. The family cabin is very spacious and equipped with everything we needed. We loved the fireplace and spun many stories with friends whilst enjoying its warmth in the evenings. We will definitely return

The cottage was well equipped, we did not miss anything for our stay for 8 nights. We were lucky to have power all the time. The place invites to relax , watching birds and sometimes also baboons. It is a good starting point for trails close to the ocean and more interesting places near by. Lesley and Kevin build a little paradise and gave us the feeling to be at home. Amazing amazing amazing! Beautiful location with lots to do, however the cabin was so great, we didn't want to leave 🤣 thanks Lesley, Kevin and Jason for making our stay absolutely magnificent! We cannot wait to be back!

Stayed in the little log cabin with a group of friends over the Knysna Forest Marathon weekend of the Oyster Festival. We were very well looked after by Kevin and Lesley, we had everything we needed for a cozy stay. You can’t help but feel relaxed in this gem of place. Can’t wait to visit again!

Our second time at Tilting Trees and it was just as lovely as we remembered. Beautiful wooden cottage for 2, lights for loadshedding and thoughtful attention to detail extras. We loved using the Mungo towels. Perfect away from it all weekend in awesome comfort. Thank you
