Beaufort West Garden Corner Guesthouse

Whe were tired and was almost on our way too Victoria west,and just stop Infront of this beautiful place to make a call. The lady came out and in seconds we were booked in and this place is clean friendly and I will be back one day,because the atmosphere and the people were incredible,friendly and helpfull

I was a female traveling alone with my 2 staffies and Garden Corner Guesthouse was my savior at the last min. The accommodation I booked a few weeks ago was not the best place for my dogs with animals roaming everywhere. ||I phoned Garden Corner Guesthouse and they could accommodate me within 30min. There is a nice shady garden where I could walk with my dogs after being in the car most of the day. My older dog was fine off leash but my younger one I kept on leash not to bother the other guests.||Reception was welcoming and friendly. The accommodation was clean and safe. ||Thank you! You guys helped me greatly and reduced my stress off driving/moving down to Cpt so much.

Very very durty. Months old dust and hair on widow sills, under and behind the bed. Hot water is a problem. Shocking state. Bed worn out. A/C bearly working. I have proof of the durt and dust. We took photo's. The ceiling and extractor fan is packed with dust and mould. What a disappointment. That for R750 you can do better. I am willing to come and assist with inspection and cleaning. No pride at all. Unfortunately you can see the owner is not involved at all. Staff amazing.

Beautifull Garden and friendly service. Peacefull and Quiet.

What a great place. Clean, comfortable and super friendly. The garden is gorgeous and the staff super friendly. The food at the restaurant is the best I've ever had at a guesthouse restaurant, fantastic! We loved our stay and definitely recommends it.

I would like to bring to your attention the most uncomfortable and unhygienic accomodation I have stayed at with my family. Upon arrival, no one informed us of the electricity and water issues of the town. At about 23h00 my daughters wanted to shower after swimming only to find out that there is no water in the taps. This created very, very unhygienic conditions in the bathroom as we could not flush the toilet the whole night and morning. When I tried to call the number provided for emergencies, no one answered it. My initial call started at 23h30 until 7h00 the next morning and no one answered the phone. I wondered how they would have helped if it was a real emergency. Seeing how this establishment handles complaint, I have further forwarded this complaint to Discovery Vitality.

I did not have a good night! The room looks OK! Floor was dirty cobwebs dust bugs old astray outside. I had to klean up before I was comfortable to stay put my own bedding on top! TV doesn't work air con doesn't adjust temp. I was too scared to take a shower. Waste of R 750 👎
