Overall, my experience was exceptional. The staff were warm, attentive, and consistently helpful. The facilities were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. From check-in to check-out, every aspect of the stay reflected a high level of care and professionalism - to everything needed for a braai placed in our room as we were a late arrival.||||The only area where I believe there is room for improvement is the bed size. While the accommodation was otherwise excellent, a king bed would greatly enhance the comfort.||||Despite this minor point, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the stay and would confidently recommend your establishment to others. I look forward to returning in the future
A quiet oasis with all amenities you might need. Beautifully designed and decorated chalets, with attention to detail. Swimming pools in beaufort west are a special treat, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious (and generous). Next time we will stay longer!
Rooms are beautiful and practical with animal and land views, the service could be better but is not bad overall no complains regarding service and the location is good and not too far from Cape Town
We had a lovely chalet and all was catered for. Very neat and clean. Staff at reception very friendly and they have everything you need if you want to braai, from wood, to firelighters to prepared salads and the best Karoo Lamb tjops.
We’ve stopped here a few times over the years, for work and family trips, and it’s always been a winner. Super comfortable, clean, and you can tell it’s really well managed. Perfect spot between JHB and CPT!
I had a confirmed booking, they assured me it was fine, and then cancelled it via WhatsApp, causing major inconvenience. Saying they needed the name of the person but had all my details. Will never use this place again.
