Clicks Pharmacy Beaufort West
Clicks Pharmacy Beaufort West
Clicks Pharmacy in Beaufort West offers a comprehensive range of healthcare and beauty products to the community. The store strives to provide a well-stocked environment, particularly valuable for those seeking specialised baby formulas, which are often difficult to source locally. A dedicated pharmacy team is available to assist with medical inquiries.
While the team consistently receives recognition for its friendly and helpful service, improvements in staff product knowledge and a broader selection of certain specialist items, such as particular baby formulas, would further enhance the overall shopping experience. To be perfectly honest,if I had another option in Beaufort Wes, I would have gone there. The staff standing around are extremely rude if you ask for help. Especially a lady in the front. When I did eventually get help, the staff member had absolutely no product knowledge or even where the product was that I was looking for. BUT your staff on the tills were very friendly and helpful. I was only there on holiday, but I won't use that clicks again.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Pharmacy staff are my favourite. They are ALWAYS friendly and help you with any medical concern. The store is always fully stocked, except for the Lactogen Baby Formula. 10/10 would recommend a visit whilst in the area.
Excellent service, very friendly staff! The only thing they can give a bit more attention is the baby formula, they do not have a big variety of the special formulas such as Nan Special Pro Extra Comfort. There is absolutely no shops in Beaufort West that sell special formulas, only clicks. So please see if you can get that formula on your shelves 🙏
Very friendly and helpful staff, both shop and pharmacy. Staff who walks the extra mile for the customers
Help me when I was home, got sick, and best service
The Beaufort West store manageress Julia was most helpful. I was struggling with mobility and placed an order with her by wtsp which was delivered to my parked car with a smile. Great service thank you.
Very helpful and clean
