Cashier by the name of Sisusisebu Madondo so unprofessional I went there to cash out my Vodapay amount without even looking on the system or say I'm not sure let me ask she told me no we don't do Vodapay we do mtn Momo I told her yes you can redeem your Vodapay at any boxer she just looked at me said no we dont she asked a supervisor that supervisor she didn't even bother to check on their system she also said no we don't do this here the supervisor continued with her work she had a pile of papers that needed to be signed by a cashier we had to wait for them to finish doing all the signing inconvenience us as customers, the other cashier came and she was willing to assist she checked the system within a second she was able to assist me and redeemed my voucher, Sisusisebu and that supervisor they need a customer service training as this service is unacceptable. I bought groceries on Friday worth 2400 just to start unpacking and all the meat at the bottom was off, only the top was ok, what a waist of money, you should be disgusted for doing this.
