The Shed & Silo

Definitely the best place to eat on the East Rand if you value excellent food, beautiful tranquil atmosphere and lush gardens. Everyone is amazing from the watering staff, kitchen staff and managers. The food is very reasonably priced. If you want to feel like dining high end but without breaking the bank. The food is out of this world. It's elegantly decorated and such a pleasure to ensure a relaxing meal to celebrate a special occassion. Highly recommended.

Silo and Shed is a stunning venue , destination with a relaxed outdoor vibe. It's home to a few very inspirational and true South African small businesses. The surroundings are beautiful, with peaceful views of horses in the distance. It’s one of my favourite places to run to when I need to escape the concrete jungle and soak up the tranquillity. Their meals are delicious, creative, and very well priced. The staff is also very friendly and the service is pleasant.

I read the reviews, and generally people are very satisfied. I was, but not so much about the food. The food is nice, but small portions. The menu was unfamilliar to me. I ordered the CUBAN. Maybe I was expecting something meaty. Maybe I misunderstood the menu. Maybe I should have asked questions before. I now believe this place caters for food lovers, health conscious people. I think its important that the bread they serve, is more fresh. Even if its free. Its a pet friendly place.

This is an amazing place to come and eat in a lovely setting. The food is also amazing with friendly staff and great service. And the pizza burger is a must have for those with an appetite. And for those with a sweet tooth will be well rewarded with a range of cakes and treats.

Had a wonderful time at Shed and Silo! Our waiter, Seth, was incredibly kind and accommodating. We brought our dog along, and he had a blast—Seth even came over with water for him. Such a thoughtful touch. We’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful location with delicous fresh food. The staff were lovely although we did have to ask about both our food and drink orders as it did take some time . It was a busy day which could explain it. Very relaxing and inviting atmosphere and well worth a visit
