Friendly and very courteous staff. Almost changed my mind to not let our cat and her kittens go but the staff are well trained and took them in with utmost care and made them feel at home. Heart breaking but I'm sure they will adapt well in their new environment
Things have certainly changed at the SPCA Charity Shop, and not for the better. I remember my time as a volunteer during the "reign" of the Rhodesian Manageress (who was later found to have stolen donations), the kindness and great atmosphere when Pat ran the shop. And me taking rescue dogs from both Benoni and Boksburg. The other day I bought a print there, paid the price that was asked of me. And today, one of the staff told me what a great bargain I got as I apparently was charged the wrong price. Almost insinuating that I took advantage of a situation. Maybe start labelling goods with prices? Needless to say, my last ever visit to that shop, for sure! I do not need aggravation of this kind!
Amazing Service and such cute doggies 🐕 Definitely worth stopping past to adopt a man's best friend. Loads of variety, young to old, small to big, the friendliest to the meanest pooches in town 🐶 🐕 😍 All of them are so adorable and have a place in one of your homes and hearts 💕 Be sure to stop past ASAP for the most enjoyable experience.
What a rude receptionist, she must get fired. To think they can't tell me if my cat was brought in to them or not because they don't know how many animals they have. To think my company is contributing every month, this will stop no more contributing. Kempton park spca much better.
Wonderful service from the staff. Instead of buying from the pet store, please visit the SPCA. So many adorable animals looking for a home. Took 2 kittens home , beautiful pair. Watching them run freely is such a joy compared to seeing them in a confined space, just waiting for a forever home. Please support your local SPCA. It will be a life changing experience
Absolutely the best place to go , if you live far from them they liaise with nearest SPCA branch to you for the home inspection .
Absolutely wonderful experience. I just had to say goodbye to my beloved dog Yashiro, and the staff were incredibly compassionate and welcoming. They gave me a tour of the place, and I was impressed by the cleanliness and care they show the animals. The team truly goes above and beyond. Thanks a lot
