Crazy Plastics HO

Rynfield crazy plastic ..I purchased a number 3 balloon for my daughter’s birthday, and within 30 minutes the air started leaking out. When I went back to the store, the manager was extremely rude and blamed me for the issue, saying there was nothing they could do. He didn’t even try to empathize and simply told me to buy a new balloon. For me, the poor customer service was more disappointing than the faulty product. I had spent my last money, and my daughter ended up spending her birthday without the balloon. What’s even more frustrating is that we bought three additional balloons, and those are still perfectly fine.

Wow! Wow! Wow! I placed an order online this morning in bed on my cellphone at around 8am. Remember today is a Sunday. I put delivery for today for between 11-12 noon. I thought to myself ...well at least I'll get it tomorrow, on Monday. But, at 12.40, today, you guys delivered my order. Unbelievable! I am blown away! And the driver was so happy and friendly. I told him, " I can't believe it". He said to me, " this is what we do sir, you make our customers happy." Once again...what a well run company with happy employees. 🙂💯👌 You have a client for life. Thank you.
