Game Benoni

I sent my Air cooler under warranty to be repaired by them in October, and after 2 weeks that said it was fixed. They then started with excuses such as, it was dispatched by the repair company to them, then the next day, they say no its still being repaired. Then they can't get ahold of the company to find out its address so they can pick it up. And for one and a half months now they've been using the same excuses. Even now I still have not received my Air cooler back. Truly their service is terrible, unreliable and pathetic, and from other reviews I see this is a norm for them. So I would advise against buying anything from them.

Absolutely pathetic service. We bought a hob and stove a 70 inch tv and a washer with a built in dryer. Staff capturing the order took forever, we had to call the store to get the drivers number so we could call him. He arrived late in the evening after numerous phone calls,the washer and dryer is missing a leg hence its unstable and unbalanced. wepaid a further R950 for installation of the oven and hob as not to void the warranty, but theres no sign of the installer. We called Game Lakeside Mall about 20 times but theres no answer, because the staff is useless and incompetent! We should have went to Hifi Corp much better service and the people there have a thing called a "brain" between their ears Game lakeside is quick to sell but not interested in after sales at all. No wonder so many Game stores are closing down its absolutely pathetic. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE MY FAMILY AND I MADE BUYING FROM THEM!!!

Kedibone Pebane was so helpful. I try buying a Trojan online but did not succeed. I went to Game Benoni Lake, Kedibone assisted me said no problem I’ll gladly assist you in store and organise everything, she came to call me to say my Trojan is at the front door waiting for me to do payment. They even assist to my car. Thank you for your friendly and helpful service Kedibone.

I called game they answered, the person who answered started speaking to someone else then proceeded to hangup the call which I find extremely rude bad services. Is it because she heard my voice and it. Was a black person. Is that why she did that. Poor services I'm extremely not happy

Terrible customer service. The stuff there don’t even know the prices of the goods they selling I waited for 45min to be helped. It’s unfortunate that the game at Boksburg is closed now we must deal with such people, it’s during the week, it’s not even full here but the service, is very very poor.

the people who work there broke our tv and now they wanna lie about it. dont buy from here they are not honest

What a bad experience, I ordered online on the 21 of August 2025, then later on the day I received a call from Njabulo told me that my order will be cancelled as they ran out of stock. I should expect my refund 3-5 working days. Even today I never received my refund . Game is scamming people .
