After nearly five years with our original Hound Sleeper, it was time to replace the cover. I wanted to order a few replacement parts for the frame as well as a new cover, so I reached out to Dawn via email. She responded quickly and was incredibly helpful, offering solid advice, being responsive, and making the whole process an all-round great experience. The Hound Sleeper dog bed has easily been the best quality, long-lasting bed we could have chosen for our Labrador. It’s easy to clean, simple to assemble, and the service and customer support from the Hound Sleeper team are genuinely outstanding. I can’t recommend them enough.
These are by far the best dog beds I’ve found. They’re especially ideal for older dogs, as the design makes it easier for them to get on and off the bed, helping to reduce joint strain and discomfort compared to sleeping on the floor.
Excellent service, quick and hassle free!!! The person attending to me was really helpful and kept apologising for taking so long despite him checking and making sure everything was well fitted!!! I will definitely recommend using them.
