I really do like this store BUT there is a big problem with the store staff, marketing and the store promotional labeling I say this for the following reason I have been working in the breaking for last 10 days In this time I have visited the store maybe 8 times The kitchen food is amazing and those staff are great, no issues there My problem is with the retail side When you speak voyage staff, for me they always needed to find someone that could answer my question Then when asking about current promotions, they can tell you what is happening and what promotions are running, all good So I buy one of the promotions just to find that The promo price does not pull through, this was only once I got home Return to get a refund, just to have a one of the guys at the refund counter, pull out a pamphlet and point to a tiny tag that says FAMILY CARD Not at any point in time did the staff of the floor point this out or mention anything, nor did the lady at the till When I pointed out that there is no in store advertising regarding the FAMILY CARD they just pull a face, not even on the promotional product is there any indication that to get the discount you need the FAMILY CARD Just to be told it is the same at Checkers and P n P Yet Checkers promotions all say WITH THE SAVING CARD and Kit Kat does not The promotion just reads Buy 1 for R45.00 and buy 2 or more for R37.00 So got the FAMILY CARD and asked if I could get a refund because their internal labeling does not indicate the need for a card and was told, "that would be stealing" So beware of the mislabeled promotions and the staff that do not give you all the information when you speak to them

Kit Kat Cash & Carry is a fantastic place for bulk shopping and serious savings. Prices are very competitive, especially on groceries, household essentials, hardware items, and cold-chain products. The halaal food sections and takeaway options are also a big plus. Parking is generally convenient, and the variety of specials makes it well worth visiting. The main challenge is the extremely long queues during month-end and payday periods due to the huge crowds the store attracts. It’s not really the store’s fault, but shoppers should plan accordingly. The biggest area needing improvement is the public restroom facilities, which unfortunately are often poorly maintained and lacking basic essentials. Improving this would significantly enhance the overall customer experience. Despite this, the value for money and product range make it a very popular and worthwhile shopping destination.

If there was a 0 rating I would give a 0 rating. BE VERY CAREFUL THEY OVERCHARGE YOU. THE PRICES SCANNED DON'T MATCH THE PRICES ON THE SHELVES. ALSO WHEN WAITING FOR THE DIFFERENCE IN PRICE YOU PAID YOU MUST WAIT MORE THAN HALF AN HOUR. ONLY AFTER MAKING A NOISE THEY REFUND YOU & TAKE YOU SERIOUSLY. THE SHOP IS SOOOO UNTIDY.

Not to bad. I recommend better customer service. Remember your customers is you assets. Treet them better. Not the cleanest store either. Prices are good.

I honestly don’t enjoy shopping at KitKat anymore because the system is extremely frustrating. There are very few people checking slips at the bulk exit, which causes delays and confusion. If you accidentally head toward the normal exit, you’re sent all the way back instead of being guided properly. Some staff members are rude in the way they speak to customers, which makes the experience worse. When it comes to returns or exchanges, it feels like the staff suddenly don’t know you at all, even if you’re a regular or bulk customer. Items with long expiry dates are still refused for return under the "grocery policy," and instead of clear explanations, excuses are made and you’re sent away. The process feels inconsistent and unfair. As a bulk customer, service and efficiency matter to me, and because of these issues, I now prefer shopping at other cash and carry stores. Many items don't match when it comes to pricing on shelves to the system. You end up coming back to them and spend hours for them to check, verify, authorize and then refund

Good prices, check expiration dates, we bought some products not checking and realized too late. Loss of product. Ques are crazy all the time but they assist quickly when you only have a few items.

Don't bother. You wait forever in the que because the cashiers are slow, when you finally get to the till, they let other customers infront of you. You won't see a cent of my money again. Learn to train your staff better and treat customers equally.
