I found a guy there and he was very friendly and helpful

Would not recommend for fish. Does not sell lids for tank separately. I mean EVERY other fish shop does. And has barely no variety on fish related products. Would recommend any other fish shop when you want to buy fish related products.

Normally buy my pet food from my local vet but purchased my cat food an new variant from this store in recent past 2 weeks. I know the policy for Royal Cannin is to refund clients if pet is not happy with food. UnfortunateIy i did not keep the slip. My cat would not eat the new variant. The store refuses to refund me or swop the food unacceptable I won't be supporting this store ever again.

Every single time I have been to this shop since their move they never have stock of previously stocked items such as Montego Cat food or xenpet allergy or montego dog food (very common products). It has got to the point where I just don’t bother going there anymore as it’s a waste of petrol knowing I will end up driving elsewhere again anyway.

Staff very unfriendly I went to buy 2 rabbits the guy cud not answer of of my questions and laughed at me I even asked him to sell me a female he answerd me so rudely wen he took my rabbits out he was so rough with den he didn't even sell me the right food please find another pet shop to buy uur goods and animals frm not petzone Boksburg

Tired of buying fresh produce and throwing away before i can evennise it. Paid R12 for sprouts on saturday and opennit up to discover they are already going moudy and slimy, R12 for rocket openednit tonfind dried out yellowed leaves, fruitbis rotten before it can be eaten.
