WOW, what amazing, friendly helpful staff. It's an absolute pleasure to shop at your Lakefield store. Not only are your staff fantastic, but the shop itself is stocked beautiful and extremely welcoming. I'm a regular buyer, even though I live pretty far from your store, it's worth the distance to be able to purchase EXACTLY what I need AND receive such customer service! 1000 ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️ PS: I purchased from your online store, and was just as impressed. An item I ordered was out of stock, and I received a phone call from your CT branch asking if I'd like to replace that item, with another. SUPA HAPPY. Thank you for opening such an amazing store.
Such a nice, clean store and the staff are so friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back.
Had good prices on dog biscuits, which is starting to become expensive. It's still cheaper than most other shops.
It is a lovely store. The dog tag engraver machine is so cool!
Friendly staff and wide selection of products
No customer service from young man that works there.
Always so friendly and helpful!
