I ordered the 143cm cat tree for my cats. Some of them are a bit over weight, and I was a bit worried that it would be to small. It arrived today and was very quick and easy to assemble. After a sprinkle of catnip they all started investigating, and within minutes they all had their favourite spot! Thank you so much to Premium Paws for a perfect new cat tree!
I was pleasantly surprised at the efficiency and friendliness of the staff. I have an automatic cat toilet and one of the hinges from the flap broke off during cleaning. There was no problem in requesting another one. As I am in Cape Town it had to be couriered. They kept me informed throughout the process. The part arrived well packed against damage. I can definitely recommend Premium Paws for the business they are in.
We bought four extra-large crates and one medium from Premium Paws, and we absolutely love them! They’re super sturdy, spacious, and the dogs are obsessed with them. So far, not a single escape - and that’s saying something because my dogs can even open windows! The crates have more than enough room for both my medium and large dogs, and the quality is just excellent. Definitely worth it!
I have bought an automated cat litter box from Takealot. The box is supplied by Premium Paws. The small tray in front was lost in my house somehow, and I contacted the company regarding a replacement. I could not believe the efficient and friendly feedback I received. The replacement part was couriered to me, and will now be treasured in this household. My cat loves the tray, and the fact that I no longer have a stinky litter tray in my house, makes me so very happy. I pop in a bag, and after a few days, just remove the bag with ugh. Then pop in a new bag and put the used bag in the rubbish bin. This was one of my best buys ever. Thanks Premium Paws ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Ordered a cat tree through takealot waited about 2 weeks for it , how do you send something without the screws for it to be built , will definitely be sending it back (and yes I have checked everywhere)
