UPC has truly become a second home for Alphie and Rupert. Alphie started his journey with UPC back in 2024 during the puppy training hosted by Nats, and it has been the best decision we could have made. Since then, Alphie has been going to daycare regularly, and the growth, confidence, and happiness we’ve seen in him is incredible. The love, patience, and dedication from the entire UPC team is something truly special. I honestly don’t know what we would do without them. Knowing that both Alphie and his brother Rupert are cared for, stimulated, and genuinely loved while they’re there gives us complete peace of mind. Alphie and Rupert absolutely love going to school — their excitement says it all. Thank you to Nats and the whole UPC team for everything you do. You make such a meaningful difference in our dogs’ lives (and ours). 🐶❤️

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience. The staff members who attended today was rude and unprofessional from the moment they arrived. There was no greeting or basic courtesy only a blunt "where can I plug this in," delivered with a poor attitude. When handling my husky, he used excessive force. My dog was visibly distressed, choking and dry heaving, and despite my repeated requests for him to stop, he completely ignored me. It was only after I raised my voice and clearly stated that he was hurting my dog that he stopped. Even then, I was met with a hostile look rather than any concern or accountability. I am heavily pregnant and would have intervened physically if I were able. The lack of care shown for both my dog’s wellbeing and my situation was alarming. This experience was distressing, unacceptable and entirely unprofessional. We have used this service in the past and have also used other groomers, and we have never encountered behaviour of this nature. I will not be using this service again and cannot recommend it to others. I used the Benoni branch.

Best decision for a pet care facility. The staff are friendly, the dogs look happy and their business is booming with lots of exciting things.

They rush to try and see as many people as possible in a day to make as much money as possible. They spent under an hour on two dogs, one was a husky??? And they clipped his skin and they’ve hurt him so badly he is actually petrified of the groomers now. He runs away and hides because of how they grab and pull and push him. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. when I reported the issue to the groomer, before they even left I showed them the blood, they said they never did that?? They said I must have done it??? I wasnt even allowed in the van while they were working but I heard my dog howl in pain and I came to investigate and pointed out the blood and she said it wasn’t her. Then. Who. Was. It?????
