Woolworths Lakeside Benoni

One lady on the till with 15 people waiting and then she leaves to find correct size for person she is serving at peak hour during lunch time.

Well, firstly can the management remove the taxi advertising please. Secondly, the assistance in this store is pathetic, size markings on the floor is wrong, the cabinet says one size, what's in the cubic is completely different, and no not just one...i went to every single one and every single one is wrong!! I did bring it to the attention to a floor assistant. It was actually her section to look after, great job!! I will hopefully never have to visit your shop again.

Just tried to buy a few items flowers and bottle of wine. The systems were down and queues long. But i had cash and only 2 items. The food cashier told me to go to the clothing tills they would be quicker. Waited 30 mins get to the front of the queue. With only one till open and 3 cashiers working on it. I was told i could not buy wine at this counter. I could not go to the back of another queue for 2 items so had to go and shop at pick n pay.

I don't know about other people's dress sense but there are q few things here that I liked. Service is good. Nothing to complain about really

Very clean store Variety of merchandise Store layout is very straightforward, you get what you are looking for easier. Customer service is excellent Will definitely shop again

Lady who supervises the dressing rooms is very rude. Needed bra measurements and to say she was impatient and grumpy would be an understatement. What a poor service. Very disappointed.

Good customer service, friendly staff and clean. Always enjoy being welcomed by the security at the door.
