Good, friendly, quick service. Shop is always very neat and clean. Staff very helpfull. You dont need to look for someone to help you. They are always just there to help you. The coffee shop is a winner.

If I enter Hinterland in Bloem you feel like its visiting family. Greeted at the door. On entering there is always somebody asking to assist. Nice place to shop at. Five stars

Very good service an friendly staff

Not one of my experiences at Hinterland was nice, I have to get a lot of John Deere parts for my company, and they never, never have any stock what so ever. The salesman at the counter are much more interested in helping the phone clients than helping the walk in customers. You always wait, and when they do help you, it is with a sense of impatience and irritation, like you are wasting their time. I might be missing the point completely here, but my logic says that if you are a dealership, or a supplier you should have basic stock, and if not, you should get it for a customer, but now instead you have to pay the transport for that part to get here, and the price of the part. If I had to have a company, and a customer is in need of a part that I'm supposed to have, I would have gotten such a part to no expense to the customer, because that in my books is service delivery, but like I said, I might be missing the point completely, just my 2cents worth.
