Good aquatic life and all animals are healthy. Shop was a bit busy and understaffed but it was a Saturday so we understand. Parking area was hectic. But the staff were friendly and very kind to our daughter who is a budding Marine Biologist at the age of 10 and had plenty of questions.
At first, I really liked this place. The staff are super friendly when you’re spending money—smiling, helpful, and polite. But the moment something goes wrong, everything changes. I had an issue with a product I bought, and suddenly that friendliness disappeared. I was treated like a problem instead of a customer. No one wanted to take responsibility, and I was passed around with no real help. They were dismissive and even rude when I asked for a simple solution. The owner of the shop(who we believe must be) threw everything around and cursed at us when we tried to explain what the problem was. It’s easy to be nice when you're making a sale, but true customer service shows when there’s a problem. Sadly, this place fails badly at that. I won’t be back. I certainly do not recommend if you want to buy quality products and animals. Go somewhere else!!! The animals were sick and died one after another in a time of a few hours.
Very kimd and friendly staff. Good variety in fish (saltwater, warmwater, koi), rabbits, hamsters, food, medacine, equipment.
Always getting what i need and the staff is always hulp full you can ask them about almost any thing you want about pets. They help me with all my fish products.
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. I spent R1200 at this place and I have nothing to show for it. All the fish I purchased were diseased and died even after I followed all their advice. My aquarium cracked after 4 months due to the poor quality of the glass. When I asked them for help they replied with "it's not their problem". Please do not support this place as they definitely do not care or support their clients!
