We bought helium balloons filled with special gel to keep it a day or two longer. The balloons almost lasted a whole week! Thanks!
This is the best store I've been to in years. Speaking from experience where I have travelled globally the client service was impeccable. I would definitely recommend it to anyone and everyone I know. Everytime I walk into the store I am treated like royalty.
My number 1 baking shop. Everything I need for my cakes and more... the staff is also very friendly and willing to assist.
Horrible because I had to drive 17km to return the balloons (so called double bubbles) I bought from them for my daughters matric Banquette ....had to return balloons because there were no helium ( very little) in it however I did pay for helium. Just got back from there and the store manager ( very bad attitude)felt they will not refund me because he felt I did not gave them a chance to rectify the problem. Fact was there were no time left before the event and I did not have the time to argue or explain. Will take this up with the Ombudsman for consumers.
Love the new Party World under new ownership and what they did with the store! They are very helpfull and always friendly, they listen to your needs and deliver! They are willing to go the extra mile for there clients, and they are affordable
Always find what I'm looking for, BEST prices & VERY helpful staff. Can reccomend that you check there, before going anywhere else!!
Great service l love visiting this place. Never crowded, good assistance. They are just perfect 👌👌
