Adendorff Machinery Mart Boksburg

Checked online to see if there was stock available in store.There was, but then arrived nothing in stock. Montel the cashier said I can have a broken one at full price. When I declined he became rude.... So I left. My company will buy elsewhere in future.

Mr Patson gave the best customer service ever. He was so kind, patient and offering advices were deemed necessary. Most of the things i needed, got them at a reasonable price.

Terrible customer service. No feedback and lack of accountability and communication from repairs department. Checked in a breaker on 1/10/2025 made a follow up call, and a store visit on 11/10/2025 to find out status of repair as no assessment call or repair quote was given. On 15/10/2025 I had to make another call not sure what the repairs consultants do because communication is definitely not part of their job description. Machine is now repaired however will only be delivered from the jhb branch to Boksburg on 20/10/2025 because apparently they only receive delivery for repaired equipment once a week, for a big company like adendorff not to have vehicles they can send to collect a customers machinery is really poor service!

I’ve been coming to this Adendorff for 2 years now , there is never an issue with stock and the staff are extremely helpful . They have pretty much everything you are looking for . Would highly recommend. Keep up the good work team

We recently bought tools and a generator from them. One thing I can say is that I love the friendly staff and the excellent customer service.

I was there yesterday to buy an air seperator for our air compressor and was helped by one of the staff sitting by the door. when I wanted to pay for the item I had to wait 10 minutes not to be attended too. There was probably only 3 to 5customers in the shop and the three people at the counter were on their phones and didnt assist me so I had to put the item back in the rack and go to their competition for better service.
