Dr. André appears to be a very dog-oriented veterinarian. Based on my experience, I would not recommend taking a cat to him for veterinary services. Throughout my visit, despite clearly stating that my pet is a five-month-old kitten, he repeatedly referred to the cat as a dog. This raised concerns for me about his attentiveness when handling feline patients. Additionally, my cat was given medication that, as I later learned, is typically prescribed for dogs. This created serious health complications for my cat’s kidneys. I believe this occurred due to a lack of proper consideration for feline-specific treatment. As a trained veterinary professional, I expect a practitioner to differentiate between species and prescribe medication appropriately. I feel that there should be a review of his handling of feline cases to ensure the safety of other pets. In my opinion, if his expertise is primarily with dogs, it may be best for him to focus on canine care only. Make it Boksburg DOG clinic and save the lives of may cats. I lost a kitten due to this. I am sharing this experience so that other pet owners with cats can exercise caution when seeking veterinary services.

I must say I am genuinely happy with Dr Andre and he's assistant the lady has so much patience with the clients and the fur baby patients. My dog went in for stiches , clean job excellent services. The prices are like none other affordable for excellent services. They go the extra mile this I can confirm they put my dog in her own room own ROOM with a blanket and lots of space for the anesthetics to wear off ... Very proud of their team work and love for animals it shows. Thank you Dr Andre and your lovely kind assistant for your hard work patience with clients and great service!!! This will be my forever vet

The vet is really professional and has diagnosed my yorkie twice when I thought something completely different was wrong and he was right both times. Without having to pay for unnecessary tests etc. Also very reasonably priced.

Merci beaucoup, Dr. Andrè! He was the only vet that helped my sick cat. His prices will fall into anyone's budget & he genuinely cares about animals. I will not take my animals to another vet. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this vet!!!

I cannot express my gratitude in words. Dr Andre saved both our puppies. From the moment we called, Dima had such a calm and peaceful voice. Dr greeted us with such an open conversation that eased my husband and I. This is one of the few Vets that honestly has compassion before money. After Parvo hit my family, I can positively say that the puppies are 1 day into the treatment and going strong! Unfortunately we lost the 3rd before the introduction. But Dr Andre and Dima, you guys deserve a bells!!!

Im very happy with my kitty's spaying, it was like she never had an operation. Next day she was back to her happy self. Thank you to the vets at this facility.

My partner and I took our 9 year old Shih Tzu in for a hernia operation after initially taking him there for a consultation and confirming he has a hernia. On the day of surgery we had to fill out a form with his and our details including details of what operation was needed and they performed the wrong surgery, operating on something that was in no way an issue. The doctor then fought with my wife BLAMING HER the wrong operation being done even though he himself clearly said he needed a hernia operation AND the form we filled out clearly said he was there for a hernia operation.
