Builders Warehouse Boksburg

I liked the staff there. Everyone was nice except that one manager, she needs a leave for a few days to recollect and ask herself if she really wants to work with people

I recently bought floor tiles and paint from Builder's Boksburg. The staff in the tile and paint sections were amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. Great help to a woman shopping on her own! A big shout out and thank you gentlemen.

I recently shopped at Builders in Boksburg, and it was a great experience. They had a wide range of home improvement supplies and tools. The staff was friendly and offered helpful advice when I had questions. The store was well-organized, making it easy to find everything I needed. Prices were reasonable, and they had some good deals. I left satisfied and would definitely return .

I always come back from Builders North Rand Road Boksburg with what I wanted. There are staff members around all the time who know their product and take you straight to what you need. I don't go to other shops unless they have it at a cheaper price.

I love this builders they have everything and anything I ever needed I just love their prices and winter warmers plus the decorative firescreen...

Builders Warehouse Boksburg catch a fat wakeup!!! Your service is DISGUSTING the way you treat customers is unacceptable!!!! Today we went to purchase tile adhesive from your store we asked the guy at the counter for Weber tile adhesive the guy gives us the wrong product he gives us the Tal brand which is not what we asked for. We paid for the tile adhesive and other items the guy behind the till shoves it all into the basket we had and just gives it to us like that he never bothered to ask us do you want a packet for the over 10 small other items we've bought. Upon realizing that we have the wrong brand we go and tell him that hes given us the wrong brand. So now we sit with an issue of a refund. This is where it gets even worse!!!!! So a lady who i assume is the supervisor gets called to do the refund doesn't greet us doesn't say anything she proceeds to the counter along with another lady and proceeds to shout WHERES THE SLIP!!!! Who are you talking to????? We are customers!!! Learn some manners for goodness sake!!!!! Send your staff for customer training! Your store is going so far downhill I suggest you get your act together.
