Checkers East Rand Retail

Not even 2 days old in the fridge. Won’t buy fruits at checkers anymore. After reading the reviews I see Checkers only responds to perfect scores! What are you doing about the bad scores?

After asking for a cash back at the tills, the ladies there gave me a very rude attitude as if I was asking for a loan. They were not interested in assisting me at all. Reported this to their line manager, she promised to sort it out. I was truly disappointed and dissatisfied by the level of service that I received from Checkers East Rand retail park.

Not enough staff serving this place. Ever, you stand question 30min + because only 2x tills get opened Tellers are rude and abrupt. Chewing gum likes its going to run out their mouth.

I'm absolutely loving Checkers East Rand Mall! The store is so well-organized, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The product range is amazing, with everything from groceries to electronics to household essentials. The prices are really competitive, and they often have great promotions and specials. The store's layout makes it easy to find what you need quickly. I've had a fantastic shopping experience every time I've visited Checkers East Rand Mall. The checkout process is efficient, and the staff is always willing to lend a hand. I highly recommend Checkers East Rand Mall to anyone looking for a convenient, affordable, and enjoyable shopping experience. Five stars isn't enough – I'd give them ten stars if I could!"

Checkers East Rand has polite staff members and everything is kept well and easy to find. Correct number of tills open so that customers don't wait long to pay.

Ive been to many Checkers and Shoprites and only on stands out as always wiling to help and the staff is off the chart with their dedication they dont tread anyone different and always go the extra mile to assist in what ever the case might be thank you Checkers you as a store have earned a loyal customer for life.

Staff at fresh vegetable department not trained properly and manager not very helpful. You can almost never find a shopping basket unless you fetch it from one of the paypoints. Most cachiers not friendly at all.
