Crazy Pets Atlas Mall

Disappointed that after I mentioned that their pricing was great and competitive, the next time I had come around, which was not long after the previous visit. They had upped the prices on their products significantly. No longer competitive and will no longer be buying from them.

Valicia at Crazy Pets provided exceptional, warm, and knowledgeable service. The customer care was prompt, and attentive, making the entire experience excellent. I highly recommend Crazy Pets and Valicia for outstanding pet care and support.

I rarely ever thank a fish for swimming, but ya'll really warmed my antisocial heart, the manager made my friday ngl 🤞i just had to come here and give ya'll a proper S.O🙌and ironically the first thing i saw here is a negative review, it must have worked lo😄l, or the experience is subjective perhaps. Either way.

One particular rude employee, I had to return a carrier for a 4 kg cat, I bought that same morning. Carrier broke, could not keep the cat secure. She initially did not want to refund, because the cat broke the carrier. Her whole demeanor was that I am at fault and is a major inconvenience to her.

They have great customer service & sense of urgency.

Every time I visit this shop the staff are occupied chatting etc.i don't feel comfortable ,as if I'm interrupting them.Bad service, manager stands by the door on his cell.

Large variety for all pets. Friendly and helpful staff.
