Staff is always so helpful and always willing to go the extra mile for you. Thank you for the excellent service.

If you've ever been on North Rand Road you'll know there are several pet shops along the way. I've visited them ALL and Crazy Pets Boksburg is the best by far! The staff are super attentive and knowledgeable. They will happily discuss the best food options/products available that actually meet your fur kids'needs. I go there often but some of my best purchases include slow feeders and ear cleaning pads. My kids were overweight and the slow feeder has been helping them lose weight (along with the recommended dog food). The ear pads are great - my kids enjoy the soothing feel they get from it. Will only shop here for my kids from now on.

Prices are good, and the staff is verry very helpful and friendly.

Wow this is a great store. Like a supermarket for pets. I'm sure if my K9's was allowed to do shopping, this will be their favorite place.

Can't complain about customer service, if you don't get any. Walked in, nobody offered any assistance. Walked up and down the aisles looking for bird & dog products. After about 5 min, I walked out. Only upon walking out, the security guard greeted me. Shop was well stocked and very neat.
